*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of nursing practices, particularly in memory care and geriatrics. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality care delivery, effective utilization management, and compliance with infection control protocols.

*Duties*
* Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure adherence to best practices in patient care.
* Manage and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
* Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop discharge planning strategies for patients.
* Monitor vital signs and assess patient needs to implement appropriate care plans.
* Implement infection control measures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and resource utilization.
* Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health systems such as Athenahealth.
* Provide guidance on geriatric care practices, ensuring the highest standards of memory care are met.

*Requirements*
* BSN Required or Masters Degree (nursing, healthcare or business management preferred )
