*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dietitian I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing nutrition assessments and care planning for patients and residents. You will contribute to patient well-being through effective nutrition interventions and support the operational success of the organization by ensuring high-quality service delivery in alignment with company values.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct basic nutrition assessments for patients and residents.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the nutritional needs of patients.
* Provide education on nutrition-related topics to patients, families, and staff.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
* Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including state and federal guidelines.
* Uphold company values and standards in all patient interactions and services.
* Contribute to account revenue and operating profit by improving service delivery and efficiency.

*Qualifications:*
* Registered Dietitian (RD) credentials required.
* Must hold a current state license in Maryland (MD).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to educate patients and families on nutrition matters.
* Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is preferred.
