*Job Summary:*

As a Class A Route Driver, you will be going out to main stores to pick up their used tires. You will be going out with a Route Helper, a team of 2. Both of you are responsible for manually loading and stacking these used tires onto the back of the trucks. Each tire can weigh up to 50 lbs.

*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination to pick up and deliver pre-loaded trailers (drops) to designated locations.
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor and trailer to ensure roadworthiness.
* Secure loads and ensure proper weight distribution to prevent shifting during transport.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse personnel, and other team members to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
* Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to pick-ups, deliveries, and hours of service.
* Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any mechanical issues or concerns to management.
* Provide excellent customer service by delivering goods on time and in good condition.

*Required Skills/Abilities:*
* 22 years of age with Class A CDL
* Must have and maintain acceptable MVR in compliance with DOT
* Must pass post-offer background, DOT physical and drug test
* Must be willing to always be professional at our tire stores

*Education and Experience:*
* Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent military experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
