Shift/Time Zone: Night Shift - PT (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM), Friday - Sunday

Job Description:
Are you a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist looking for a challenging night shift position? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Wayne, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including specimen handling, analysis, and result reporting.
Adhere to strict quality control and quality assurance standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities.
Collaborate with other laboratory personnel and clients.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
Associate's degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Technology may be considered with relevant experience.
National certification (ASCP or AMT) preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical laboratory experience in high-complexity testing.
Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
