Responsibilities

·       Engage and participate in daily activities with learners

·       Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to assigned learners

·       Assist in behavior assessment and treatment planning

·       Collect data on client behavior and progress

·       Complete and submit session notes in a timely fashion

·       Communicate effectively with learners, families, and team members

·       Participating in team meetings and case reviews

·       Providing feedback to BCBAs and contributing to treatment plan adjustments

·       Adhere to all policies and procedures as defined in the Employee Handbook

·       Adhere to the BACB code of ethics

·       Maintains prescribed level of productivity

Qualifications

·       Registered Behavior Technician preferred with a minimum of one year of experience
