We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technological innovation and execution of a groundbreaking initiative. This role requires an individual with exceptional expertise in advanced technologies and a proven ability to drive transformative solutions at scale. As CTO, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future through cutting-edge development and strategic leadership, ensuring all technological efforts align with a mission to solve humanity’s most pressing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a forward-thinking technological roadmap to achieve ambitious, long-term objectives.

• Spearhead the integration and advancement of emerging technologies, including AI and quantum computing.

• Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers, researchers, and technical experts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role in a technology-driven organization.

• Deep expertise in advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, machine learning, or biotechnology.

• Strong track record of leading transformative projects that achieved measurable global impact.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically under pressure.

• Commitment to ethical technology development and implementation.

Preferred Skills

I need someone with experience in the technology sector. As a start-up, we don't necessarily need all of your time right now, we just need your advice and expertise. The current offer is $50 per hour PLUS stock options in HumanityAi. The $50 per hour number is obviously scalable with the eventual, official, CTO (Chief Technology Officer) will be a SALARY position. I would not recommend this to be your ONLY job at the current time. We will reevaluate 2 weeks after hiring date.
