Overview
We’re seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in building our brand and ensuring effective communication with our audience. This role combines creativity, organizational skills, and a passion for connecting with the community through engaging content and well-planned events.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Videography
- Film, edit, and produce video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for property walkthroughs, team branding, and social engagement.
- Design graphics and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
- Develop and maintain content calendars and utilize social media management software to create and deploy posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.
Event Coordination
- Assist in organizing marketing events and ensure leadership has a clear calendar of local events to attend.
- Maintain and regularly update a local events calendar to identify networking and promotional opportunities.
- Plan and oversee the weekly Wealth Club, including:
- Scheduling guest speakers and securing spaces for events.
- Communicating with speakers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Promoting Wealth Club events via social media and other channels to drive attendance.
Communication & Outreach
- Manage monthly email newsletters tailored to agents, homeowners, and investors.
- Develop compelling content for newsletters, including updates, market insights, and event information.
- Draft press releases and other written materials to promote company news, events, and initiatives.
- Build and nurture relationships with media contacts and community influencers to amplify VenturePro’s voice.
Community Engagement
- Attend events alongside leadership and represent the brand professionally.
- Build relationships with local organizations and influencers to expand VenturePro’s reach.
- Support team participation in local and digital initiatives with creative campaigns.
Experience & Skills Desired
- Proficiency in filming and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut).
- Strong writing skills with experience creating newsletters, press releases, or social media copywriting.
- Knowledge of photography and photo editing tools like Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop.
- Experience planning and coordinating events, including managing schedules and logistics.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Public relations experience or familiarity with managing a brand’s messaging.
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in real estate or property marketing.
