LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking MULTIPLE highly skilled and experienced Junior and Senior Civil Design Engineers for one of our growing engineering clients with offices located in Indianapolis, IN and Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years for junior level roles and 10+ years of relevant civil engineering experience for senior level roles. Ideally candidates from an engineering firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, and architectural services. These candidates who have prior experience working for companies who serve clients in various industries, including commercial, community, healthcare, higher education institutions, custom residential developments, and multi-tenant markets. Salary ranges $80,000 - $150,000 including affordable healthcare, dental, vision and 401k matching benefit package as well as generous PTO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects from inception to completion with minimal oversight.
- Perform site development, grading, drainage, utility design, and parking lot projects.
- Manage project sizes ranging from $2-50M junior engineers; $50-250M senior engineers, including custom subdivisions, office buildings, multi-family and single-family high-density developments, hospitals, and more.
- Oversee project management, including client relationships, team leadership, and ensuring project completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5-10+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
- Experience in civil engineering, site development, grading, drainage, utility design, and parking lots.
- Registered Engineer preferred, but candidates without registration will also be considered.
- Previous project management experience is highly desirable.
