POSITION

Ohio Ark Insurance is seeking to hire a remote sales representative with at least 2 years experience in B2B sales. Although you will regularly recieve warm leads you will also be expected to apply proven consultative sales methods. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, wants to have eventually have an ownership interest and passionate about implementing a customer centric sales approach! Prior to going out into the field, you will need to attain your Ohio Property & Casualty license, which we will reimburse after your third month of sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Demonstrate, promote, and sell Ohio Ark Insurance products and services - consisting primarily of Erie Insurance and other carriers
• Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to both prospective commercial and personal lines customers.
• Incentive Marketing - Apply incenive based tools, which genuinely attract and differentiate our offering from other Insurance Agencies.
• LinkedIn - Utilize LinkedIn and our CoPilot platform to attract, nurture and capture more Commercial business
• Networking - Develop Key relationship with companies that compliments our Insurance offerings
• Meet Quota - Attain at minimun 15-20 Commercial Polices per month.
• Track progress and results - Utilize KEAP CRM to market, nurture and record all prospect and client communications interactions and track all sales activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years experience selling B2B
• Current P&C Insurance License or attain one within 30 days from hire date
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly quotas
• Skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
• Familiarity with CRM, Google Drive and Digital Strategies
