  • Unit Specifics: Number of Beds: 30, Patient Ratios: 1:6, Unit staffing description: Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretary, PCTs, Case Management, Type of equipment: walkers, iv pumps, scd’s, etc, Documentation system: Meditech, Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend shifts per 28 day schedule, fall into holiday rotation, Floating policy: Fall into rotation with other staff, Patient Experience requirements: 72% - utilizing communication boards
  • Hospital Specifics: Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: RN license Must have: teamwork, compassion, collaboration and communication skills Advanced skills needed: Medical- Surgical experience (i.e. including- experience with various respiratory diseases/illnesses, renal disease, gi illnesses/diseases, tele, CVC’s, indwelling catheters, heparin gtts, etc) Procedures performed on unit: Certifications Required: BLS
