  • Physical Therapist performs physical therapy evaluations, establishes plan of care to meet identified goals, provides treatments, evaluates effectiveness of treatments, and modifies plan of care as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location.
  • Effective leadership skills.
  • Proficient in organizing, delegating, providing education to patients, families, co-workers.
    Job Requirements
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Oregon
  • Three years experience as a physical therapist in acute care setting required.
