  • Job Summary: Medical Technician position at Saint Joseph Health System Mishawaka, Indiana.
  • Shift: 2200 – 0630 with every other weekend rotation and holiday. No call.
    Job Requirements
  • BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
  • License/Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
  • Fit Test required prior to clearance.
  • Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed within 30 days of start date, preferred within 14 days.
  • Trinity Code of Conduct Form must be signed and on file.
  • Trinity I9 must be completed by the agency.
  • Trinity Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information Agreement must be signed and on file.
  • Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form must be on file.
  • Trinity Color Vision must be verified.
  • COVID-19 Vaccine proof required.
  • MMR vaccination proof required.
  • Hepatitis B vaccination proof required.
  • Influenza Vaccine proof required.
  • Varicella vaccination proof required.
  • Tdap vaccination proof required.
  • Physical/Health Statement must be provided.
  • Trinity Profile including resume and references required.
  • Trinity Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form must be signed and on file.
  • Trinity Criminal Background Check must be completed and dated within 30 days of start.

    Additional Details
  • American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel. Attach scanned copy of certification (with expiration date) to candidate's record in TrinityVMS.
