CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Active Maryland License or IMLC in hand # Shifts/Month: 7/24 hour shifts
Coverage Needs Details: Hospital CT Surgery Coverage 4/6 7p-4/12 7a; 5/24 7p-5/30 7a; 6/9 7p-6/12 7PM will have additional periodical needs - one weekend per month and/or occasional vacation coverage.
Providers must have/be willing to obtain Maryland CDS (Controlled and Dangerous Substance) and Maryland DEA to work at Western Maryland
Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 2

JOB INFORMATION
Rounding with PA in a.m. and perform any necessary procedures that may come throughout the day.
Trauma Level Designation: Level III
Consults are taken by PA and then discussed via phone with Physician to determine next steps.
Onsite not needed after rounding - 30 min response time
