This individual will oversee substantial cash flow, ensure financial compliance, and align internal financial systems with those of the partner company.

* Act as the primary financial authority, representing the company in internal and external discussions regarding financial strategy and planning.
* Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and processes in alignment with partner company standards.
* Monitor and manage cash flow involving millions of dollars in monthly transactions.
* Ensure financial stability and efficiency for the duration of a significant three-year contract.
* Work closely with the CFO and accounting staff of the partner company to ensure a seamless financial operations framework.
