- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (No call, holidays, or weekends)
- Patient Volume: 25-30 patients under treatment per day across both locations
- Demographic: Adult-only cases
- Typical Cases: External beam treatments, OTVs, follow-ups
- Procedures/Responsibilities:
- Patient evaluation, simulation, and dosimetry treatment planning
- Radiation therapy prescriptions
- Weekly assessments of patients under treatment
- Post-treatment follow-ups
- Daily image checks for verification of alignment and accuracy
- On-site supervision for compliance
- Occasional SRS checks, on-treatment visits, and consultations
- EMR/Charting: EPIC
- Privileges Available: Full Privileges
Requirements:
- Board Status: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
- Licensure: Active Illinois medical license required
