Position: Network Monitoring Analyst

Location: Denton, TX 76207 (Hybrid)

Job details

Minimum of 3 years’ experience on a similar role as a Network Monitoring Analyst.

CCNA/CCNP in routing and switching is required

Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, Cisco Routers, Cisco switches and wireless is required.

Excellent understanding of Enterprise ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Knowledge of ITIL Process – Incident, Knowledge, Problem & Change Management.

Experience monitoring systems with tools like ITOM, SolarWinds, SCOM, HPE OpenView, Aria (vROPS) and APC Struxureware.
