Job Title: Lab Information Systems (LIS) Support Analyst

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Hybrid)

Duration: 6-Month Contact-to-Hire

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Information Systems (LIS) Support Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in providing support for our hospital's laboratory systems, ensuring seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, and driving successful implementations. The ideal candidate will have a background in laboratory technology or clinical lab experience, with a preference for LIS and IT expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for the lab teams.
• Answer and resolve tickets related to LIS and associated systems.
• Perform on-call responsibilities to address urgent system needs.
• Assist the lab teams with system troubleshooting, new builds, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with new departments for system testing and integration.
• Partner with senior analysts for mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Background in laboratory technology or clinical lab work (required).
• Experience with Laboratory Information Systems
• Clinisys/Sunquest is Preferred
• IT background and familiarity with Med/Lab Tech processes are preferred.
