HVAC company in Danville is seeking one detail-oriented Permit Admin / Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of completing online permit documentation, as well as assist in the day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support. This is an in-person position, no remote / WFH option available. Only one PART-TIME position available. Mon-Fri 9am -1pm
Duties:
- Complete online process to pull Title 24 documentation and city/ county mechanical permits
- Schedule homeowners appointments through appointment portal
- Process homeowner rebate applications
- Process part warranty documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems
-Assist with daily office tasks. Answer phones, schedule appointments
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Friendly, professional phone etiquette is a MUST
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
