WealthPoint Financial , a leading financial services firm in Northeastern Wisconsin, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our growing team at our Green Bay location.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the financial advisers of our firm by engaging with clients, managing calendars, preparing client reports, ensuring accurate client data within our CRM system and managing the team’s social media.
Client Communication:
- Proactively reach out to current clients to schedule reviews.
- Respond to client service inquiries and address issues promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
Schedule Management:
- Organize, schedule, and coordinate meetings, reviews, and video calls efficiently.
- Prepare client account reports before client meetings.
- Proactively anticipate scheduling needs and potential conflicts.
CRM Management:
- Maintain and update the firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.
- Stay up to date on CRM best practices and contribute to system optimization
Marketing
- Manage the team’s social media on Linked In and Facebook.
- Help facilitate and market client events.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
- $23/hour
- 24-30 Hours a week in person at our Green Bay Location (Hours can be flexible to accommodate work-life balance.)
