You’ll oversee all operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and Coordination : Manage the scheduling of all jobs to keep projects on track and clients happy.
• Client and Vendor Relationships : Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Operational Oversight : Lead the team in delivering exceptional results that meet our high standards.
• Product and Material Management : Order and organize materials for ongoing projects.
• Production Leadership : Work closely with production managers to ensure jobs are completed with precision and timeliness.
• Business Development : Represent Rooted Landscape at events and meetings to expand relationships and drive growth.
• Sales : Develop and manage your own sales portfolio.
• Leadership and Communication : Inspire, support, and communicate with employees, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment and success.
