Overview:
The Process Engineer II will be responsible for driving process improvements and optimization strategies within the production systems. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions, improve operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvements and optimization strategies for production systems.
- Perform technical evaluations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and implement process control and monitoring systems.
- Perform root cause analysis on process failures and implement corrective actions.
- Support troubleshooting and operational issues within manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure smooth transitions from R&D to full-scale production.
- Monitor and report on process metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in process engineering or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Proven experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and improving production systems.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to lead process changes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
