Our client seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle all phases of personal injury litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations. This role is located in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through trial
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel
• Maintain client communication and case updates

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active state bar license
• Experience in personal injury litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong case management and organizational skills
