We are experiencing tremendous growth and need your natural ability to coordinate, organize, and analyze to keep our product flow running smoothly. You will be doing a little of everything - planning and monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries, assisting the logistics manager in managing third-party warehouses, developing and tracking logistical forecasts, analyzing results, and communicating updates to the team. You have about 2 - 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain with advanced Excel proficiency and analytical skills and are ready to take on a new challenge with a growing brand. What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with the logistic manager in managing third-party warehouses, ensuring smooth product flow and exceeding customer expectations
- Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, prioritizing orders, and maintaining accurate records, including shipping documents and invoices
- Processing and monitoring purchase orders, including verifying accuracy, tracking, and resolving any discrepancies
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with third-party logistics providers for seamless inbound shipments
- Assisting warehouse with receiving, inspecting, and space optimization to minimize product flow delays
- Collaborating cross-functionally with teams to ensure accurate forecasting and generate inventory availability reports
- Making a positive contribution to our team by jumping in to help with any task or just sharing your sense of humor!
What you’ll bring to the team:
- A bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years of professional supply chain or logistics experience
- Direct experience with forecasting, demand planning, inventory management or supply planning
- Refined analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into tangible action points
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with modern reporting tools - we use PowerBI
- Confident, energetic and results-oriented – you are a logical thinker and an accomplished problem solver
- Organized, systematic thinker and demonstrated capacity to handle a variety of competing tasks
- Clear and articulate communication style - skills in other languages are a bonus
- A passion for the outdoors and collaborating with a team!
