LEGAL/RISK MANAGER(BACHELOR DEGREE, LAW DEGREE-JD,MLS, OR MDR PREFERRED)SALARY 125-170K

Growing consulting engineering firm needs someone with expertise in comprehensive risk assessment, regulatory investigations, contract review, and litigation experience. Will review all contracts, contract language, and risk assessments. Will identify financial and security risks for contracts, insurance, building, employee, IT risks and would develop and implement policies and procedures to address these risks, manage relationships with outside attorneys, review and negotiate vendor contracts, and develop employee related contracts such as non disclosure, non compete, and confidentiality agreements. Will work with outside counsel to manage company litigation and arbitration claims, insurance policy claims, and risk management policies. Position will require 5+ years experience in contract management/risk management with a thorough understanding of contract law and insurance with litigation and/or paralegal experience a plus.
