About the job

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Director to join our creative team. As a Creative Director, you will play a key role in leading creative initiatives and driving the conceptualization and execution of innovative campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including copywriters, designers, and art directors, in the development and execution of creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with account management, strategy, and other departments to understand client objectives, target audience insights, and project requirements.
  • Conceptualize and develop compelling creative solutions that align with client briefs and strategic objectives, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and agency standards.
  • Provide strategic guidance and creative direction throughout the entire project lifecycle, from ideation and pitch presentations to production and final delivery.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and innovations in advertising, design, and digital technologies, and integrate new ideas into creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and professional growth among team members.
  • Maintain and uphold brand consistency and creative excellence across all projects and platforms.


Requirements:

  • Experience in a creative leadership role within an advertising agency or related industry.
  • Proven track record of leading successful creative campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, strategic insight, and high-quality executions across various media channels (digital, print, social, video, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate creative concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard creative software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
