Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Supervisor will manage and direct activities of the Maintenance Technicians

Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established food and beverage manufacturer in the Garner area recruit a Maintenance Manager to join their team. This is a 1st shift (6am-5pm), direct hire opportunity. On call hours required as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of high voltage equipment, including fabrication and assembly.
- Manage and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair procedures for equipment and facilities.
- Utilize CMMS software to track and manage equipment maintenance and repair schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement safety measures.
- Manage a team of technicians and provide guidance on safety protocols and best practices.
- Monitor production levels and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
- Analyze and report on production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance and repair budget.
- Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and functioning within safety standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years management experience in a manufacturing facility
- Proven experience in a fast paced manufacturing and maintenance.
- Experience with CMMS software.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Proficiency with safety equipment, including ohmmeters and voltmeters.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with facilities management and the ability to manage a team of technicians.
