Hirewell has been exclusively retained to lead the search for a VP of Portfolio Management & Finance , for a market-leading commercial real estate firm in Boise. Reporting to the President, this individual will oversee strategic planning, portfolio management, annual budgeting, and reporting processes.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Serve as a member of the executive leadership team.
- Oversee and manage the property management and leasing teams, both internal and external.
- Prepare an annual and multi-year asset management plan for each property.
- Review and track monthly financial statements, annual budgets, and key performance metrics to monitor results, identify issues, and analyze trends.
- Oversee development of multi-year capital expenditure budgets. Approve, monitor, and inspect capital expenditure work.
- Identify opportunities and upcoming significant debt and equity events.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 5 years experience managing an industrial real estate portfolio
- Deep understanding of RE finance and capital structuring
- Ability to be in-office 5 days/week
