Warehouse Supervisor

QUAD is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a manufacturer located in the Hazleton, PA area.

Responsibilities:

• Driving warehouse operations safety initiatives
• Overseeing shift changeover meetings
• Assisting with company procedures and policy adherence
• Completing annual employee reviews and disciplinary actions
• Monitoring and maintaining scrap processes
• Training members on incoming and outgoing shipments verifications, materials handling, ensuring current warehouse inventory, and other operational procedures
• Coordinating warehouse activities
• Following FDA, ISO, and GMP guidelines and regulations
• Performing warehouse audits

Skills/Competencies:

• 3+ years warehouse supervisory/managerial experience preferred
• Warehousing inventory and with line experience
• Forklift certification
• Microsoft Office and ERP systems experience
• Hands on leadership abilities

Additional Details:

Salary: $60-65k + bonus

Schedule: Nightshift (2-2-3 schedule 7pm – 7am. 12 hours shift)

Employment Type: direct hire

The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
