GENERAL MANAGER
Job Duties & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dynamic General Manager to lead a new fine dining caviar restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing fine dining establishments, with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants. As the General Manager, you will oversee all operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
· Oversee and direct the seamless running of day-to-day operations.
· Ensure all systems and procedures are effective, efficient and in place for a smooth operation
· Manage budgets and inventories, drive revenue
- Manage staffing schedules, labor costs, and payroll to meet financial goals
- Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures
- Pre-Opening Planning: Lead the preparation and coordination of all activities required for the successful launch of the new restaurant, including hiring and training staff, setting operational procedures, and establishing vendor and supplier relationships. Manage all aspects of the restaurant’s opening, including the grand opening event, ensuring that everything from staffing to the guest experience is executed flawlessly.
- Post-Opening Operations: After opening, oversee the transition from the initial launch phase to full operations. Ensure that the restaurant maintains operational efficiency, high standards of service, and guest satisfaction.
- Responsible to train and develop all new FOH & BOH employees.
- Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, maintaining attendance logs, upholding service standards, product quality and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu updates and ensure seamless service integration
- Monitor and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation in all F&B areas.
- Lead weekly management meetings to align team goals and drive continuous improvement
- Represent the brand professionally, acting with integrity and focusing on elevating guest experiences
· Experience with pre-opening procedures, from budgeting to setting operational systems and coordinating restaurant launches.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a General Manager in high volume ($4M+) full-service upscale restaurant
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and the community.

- FOH Management experience at Michelin starred establishments.
- Proven leadership and operational experience in luxury dining environments
- Proven experience in a full-service setting with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about food education and able to inspire team members
- Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and team mentoring abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication.
