? Role: Senior Project Manager (O&M/Asset Management)

Storm4 is partnered with an established C&I IPP that is looking to expand rapidly in the space to hit their goal of quadrupling their operating assets over the next 5 years.

They are firstly looking to add to their team with a Senior Project Manager that will play critical role in the asset management and operations & maintenance of their portfolio. This person will be responsible for building out their own team over the next few years.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the O&M activities for a portfolio of C&I solar assets, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Manage third-party O&M service providers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, safety standards, and performance KPIs.
• Conduct regular performance analyses, reporting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• P&L responsibility for the operating assets.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of project management experience, ideally focusing on the asset management, O&M or construction of C&I solar projects.
• 4+ years of technical understanding of C&I solar projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Financial oversight capabilities to track the financial performance of operating assets.
