Job Description

The Aspen Group (TAG) is one of the largest and most trusted retail healthcare business support organizations in the U.S. and has supported over 16,000 healthcare professionals and team members at more than 1,500 health and wellness offices across 52 states in three distinct categories: Dental care, urgent care, and medical aesthetics. Working in partnership with independent practice owners and clinicians, the team is united by a single purpose: to prove that healthcare can be better and smarter for everyone. TAG provides a comprehensive suite of centralized business support services that power the impact of five consumer-facing businesses: Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, WellNow Urgent Care, Chapter Aesthetic Studio, and AZPetVet. Each brand has access to a deep community of experts, tools and resources to grow their practices, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale.

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers are a national network of dental implant centers founded in 2005 to provide innovative dental implant care to patients across the United States. ClearChoice has experienced strong growth over the years and today is a leader in the United States in providing dental implant treatments. Driven by a collective desire to improve the lives of prospective patients, ClearChoice helps people reclaim their health, smile and confidence. Beyond restoring teeth, this is about people getting their lives back. ClearChoice Management Services, LLC (CCMS) provides administrative practice management services to the ClearChoice network.

Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our team as Chief of Staff . Reporting to the Brand President/CEO, the Chief of Staff (CoS) provides strategic counsel to key leaders in the organization and serves as an advisor to the President. The CoS is also the main organizer and planner of company initiatives, attending to the minute details while staying attuned to the macro vision of business operations. The work is varied and strategic. The CoS operates at a tactical, strategic and operational level, often handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departments or leaders’ areas of responsibility. The CoS serves as an air traffic controller for the President and the senior team, is an integrator connecting different work streams that would otherwise remain siloed and is a communicator linking the leadership team and the broader organization. Finally, the CoS has the skill and experience to integrate themselves into the organization and quickly assess issues that serve as barriers to the organization operating at maximum capacity.
