Overview:

We are seeking a Mechanical/Plumbing Designer to assist in the preparation of design drawings for commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and provide clear field assessment reports
• Complete energy compliance forms and load calculations
• Prepare product specifications and coordinate with local authorities
• Review plumbing submittals and complete designs within project timelines
• Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines
• Assist project managers with construction drawing details and administration
• Perform quality control checks on construction documents

Requirements:

• 3-7 years experience as a mechanical/plumbing engineer
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit software
• Knowledge of commercial construction projects (hospital, retail, office, education buildings, laboratories, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment
