Job Description

CBTS has partnered with a client out of the Cincinnati, OH area to identify a Project Coordinator on a contract role through the end of 2025, with potential hire.


  • This need would require a HYBRID/ONSITE schedule weekly of Mon-Wed
  • There is some potential travel involved (up to a week every quarter, expenses would be reimbursed
  • No C2c/1099/3rd party candidates at this time



Job Description:

· Assist PMs in the administration and coordination of projects in the Information Technology sector. Schedule and host meetings, provide agendas, take notes throughout meeting, distribute minutes with decisions, outcomes, tasks/dates/owners, etc following meetings.

· Assist PMs in the administration and coordination of the definition of project mission, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.

· Assist PMs in the administration and coordination of project scope, schedule, resources, status reporting, communication, costs, issues, risk mitigation, integration, and implementation.

· Assist PMs in the administration and coordination of effectively communicating project status to stakeholders, and appropriately escalate issues to management attention.

· Assist PMs in the administration and coordination of developing and maintaining detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

· Assist PMs in the administration and coordination of internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.

· Assist PMs in the administration and coordination to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget, and at the required level of quality.

· Assist PMs in the administration and coordination of changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.

· Assist PMs in the administration and coordination of client project management guidelines, practices, and procedures.

· Assist PMs in the administration and coordination of ideation through a defined innovation process and engages the “appropriate” stakeholders to support with assessment, prioritization and development of innovative technologies



Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent relevant work experience


Experience

· 3 years project management experience, preferably in the information technology sector.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems, other related field, or equivalent work experience.

Technical Skills

· Strong organizational skills with excellent follow up & follow through required

· Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Soft / Behavior Skills

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to stay focused on identified priorities

· Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people

· Excellent listening skills
