What You’ll Do

As the Cybersecurity Manager, you will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced cybersecurity strategies and solutions.
  • Oversee desktop engineering, support desk, and infrastructure strategies, including process improvements and KPI tracking.
  • Collaborate with leadership across IT, machine learning, and growth teams to align infrastructure roadmaps with organizational goals.
  • Hire, mentor, and coach a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with organizational values and priorities.
  • Manage end-to-end resolution of cybersecurity incidents and maintain disaster recovery plans.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement secure operational processes, focusing on code quality and system security.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, ensuring a forward-thinking infrastructure environment.
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with vendors, leveraging partnerships for optimal outcomes.
  • Provide hands-on technical management and guidance, ensuring the health and performance of IT systems.
  • Contribute cross-functionally to IT initiatives, providing subject matter expertise as needed.
  • Handle vendor management tasks, including renewals and invoice processing.
  • Travel quarterly as required and provide evening/weekend coverage during system upgrades or issue resolution.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience:

  • 10+ years in desktop services, IT infrastructure, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in hiring, managing, and mentoring technical teams of varying experience levels.
  • Hands-on expertise in leading end-to-end infrastructure and desktop engineering projects.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Trucking industry experience is a plus.

  • Superior analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Manage a team of 10-15 professionals.
