What Required Skills You''ll Bring :
- Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance
- A minimum of 3+ years relevant experience
- Bachelors or equivalent experience in a related field
- Travel is required, must be able/willing to travel.
- Familiarity with the DD-254 process.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Provide industrial security guidance to contractors using the 32 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) 117 requirements.
- Conduct Customer Assistance Visits (CAV) at Industrial facilities and complete detailed trip reports.
- Prepare and assist with National Interest Determination (NID) packages
- Prepare and assist with Facility Security Clearance (FCL) packages.
- Conduct Customer Assistance Meeting (CAM) briefings
- Conduct Contracting Officer Representative (COR) quarterly briefing
- Respond to Help Desk tickets and requests for information.
- Conduct Area Security Officer (ASO) briefing
- Prepare and complete accurate DD-254 forms and other contract security documents.
- Reference and use Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) security directives, instructions, standards, and guidelines to enforce compliance and mitigate security risks.
- Maintain well organized electronic and hardcopy records.
- Coordinate with other government agencies in support of the Client.
- Prepare business and administrative support documents using electronic software tools for efficient and effective program and project management, examples include presentations, written documents, spreadsheets, SharePoint, and other office software tools.
- Maintain an active access to administration and security electronic software tools, databases and systems as needed to safeguarding classified information, the Client's programs and advance the Industrial and Physical Security Programs of the Client.
- Draft, review, and maintain internal policy documents, standard operating procedures, and instructional handouts pertaining to Physical and Industrial Security.
- Prepare various forms of correspondence as required.
- Ensure assigned security projects and programs comply with required security governance for physical, industrial, information, and other applicable security disciplines, e.g., IC Directives; DOD directives, instructions and manuals; security standards, national interim guidance, and Executive Orders governing physical, industrial and information security.
- Interpret security policy on matters pertaining to processing, dissemination, and controlling of classified materials.
