Title: Administrative Assistant or Project Coordinator

Location: Boise, ID (The role will be hybrid - Tuesdays and Wednesday in the office and the remaining days can be remote. Training will be completed the first week of assignment. Candidate must come to the office M-F.)

Duration: Around 3 months with a possibility of extension

REQUIREMENTS:

- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

- 3 years' experience working in an office environment as a administrative assistant or project coordinator.

- Experience with an onsite ticketing system is a nice to have.

- Computer skills: MS Office Suite – including intermediate Excel skills, ability to learn to navigate within Albertsons systems.

- Self Starter

- Able to work with limited supervision while working remotely.

- Detail oriented

- Deadline Driven - Candidate must meet SLA's when responding to tickets.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

- Keyboarding proficiency
