What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in private equity-backed organizations and/or startups (a must)
• At least 3 years of management experience leading Financial Analysts
• Strong analytical mindset and impeccable attention to detail to ensure success and accuracy
• Familiarity with Planful software is a major pl us
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively
