Direct Hire Opportunity in Atlanta, GA

Position: Finance Manager

Salary: $130k-$150k

Responsibilities:

• Conducts analysis of financial data and operational costs for company.
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization to senior leadership and board members.
• Collaborate with various departments to drive financial performance.
• Responsible for management and oversight of fiscal grants, budgets, audits and tax planning/compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business, Master's degree preferred
• CPA required
• Minimum of 5 years of financial leadership experience managing, developing and rewarding teams in non-profit
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in cash flow forecasting and reporting
