Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service
Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual customer service representative to provide customer order support and product/business information for our customers. This role requires sitting at the front desk, answering customer questions both on the phone and in person. You will act as a business representative for the distribution channel, providing quality customer service and order support. Your responsibilities will include processing orders using Oracle, reviewing dealer orders, and communicating professionally with customers and internal teams regarding product and business issues.
Responsibilities
+ Provide customer order support and product/business information.
+ Answer customer questions on the phone and in person at the front desk.
+ Act as a business representative for the distribution channel.
+ Provide quality customer service and order support for the customer base.
+ Process orders using Oracle.
+ Review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements and orders.
+ Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding product and business issues.
+ Support the order fulfillment process by working with outside sales representatives, product personnel, customer service, credit, and delivery.
+ Maintain pricing and run sales reports.
Essential Skills
+ Bilingual in Spanish and English.
+ Customer service experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
+ Experience in inside sales and order processing.
+ Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations.
+ Knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
+ Experience with invoice processing, product knowledge, logistics, distribution, purchasing, outside sales, inventory control, cycle counts, scheduling, and service.

+ Great attention to detail.
+ Ability to learn product knowledge.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Ability to navigate and learn new software easily.
+ Strong computer navigation skills.
Work Environment
This position is based in an office next to a warehouse. The office is smaller, with a team of 2-3 people working by the front counter. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 4:30 pm. The dress code is business casual.
