Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional with experience in recruiting sales. This role is ideal for a natural hunter who thrives on building relationships, exceeding sales goals, and driving business growth. As the face of our company in the field, you will identify new business opportunities, develop lasting client partnerships, and deliver customized staffing solutions to meet their workforce needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, ensuring a deep understanding of their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our recruiting services.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry.
  • A hunter mentality with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
