We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent in the technology sector. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your expertise in relationship management and talent acquisition will play a crucial role in building a strong workforce that aligns with our company’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress through the recruitment process using systems like Bullhorn.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Experience
- Experience in recruiting, particularly in technical roles is a plus.
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
