- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
- Screen and interview candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with current assigned employees.
- Perform various customer service-related activities
- Coordinate, confirm, prepare candidates for job interview
- Present, negotiate and close job offers

Do you have the following?
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- ATS experience - Bullhorn preferred advanced recruiting technology utilization and the ability to adopt high-tech tools in a fast-paced environment
- 5-7 years experience as a top-performing technical recruiter (IT, scientific, or engineering)
- Customer or sales-focused experience
- Collaborated in a team-oriented environment
