Are you a dynamic IT leader with proven expertise in vendor management, ERP implementation, and infrastructure planning? We’re seeking a Director of IT to align technology initiatives with our business strategy, manage IT operations, and lead transformative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with business goals, ensuring technology serves as a support to strategy, not the driver.
• Vendor Management: Oversee MSPs, telecommunications, and software vendors to ensure optimal service delivery.
• ERP Implementation: Lead the end-to-end process for ERP system selection, contracting, testing, and implementation, with a major project slated for 2026.
• Infrastructure Planning: Ensure systems compatibility, reliability, and performance; leverage lessons from prior cloud migrations to avoid disruptions.
• Data-Centric Focus: Facilitate data accessibility, understanding, and utilization across the organization.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to integrate technology with business processes and support organizational goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Project Management Experience: Proven track record of managing complex IT projects (PMP not required).
• ERP Expertise: 1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation and vendor management, particularly in manufacturing environments.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with system administration to effectively manage MSPs and support database needs (SQL Server experience preferred).
• Business Acumen: Business-first mindset with a focus on achieving strategic objectives through technology.
