Our challenge


As an RPA Developer specializing in Automation Anywhere 360, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions that improve business processes and drive operational efficiency


Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).



The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere 360.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze existing processes and workflows to recommend automation solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to process automation, including design specifications and user guides.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure quality and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain RPA solutions in production, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on RPA solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in RPA and Automation Anywhere.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere 360.
  • Knowledge of RPA best practices and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data management concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Has Knowledge in languages NET., SQL and Azure


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional.
  • Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.

Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts as they relate to RPA
