Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ensure safety and functionality of residences.
Ensures safe and adequate living arrangements for consumers.
Reviews and approves weekly staff timesheets, prepare summary sheets and send to payroll.
Responsible for completion of all BA level staff evaluations.
Establishes, maintains and approves all changes in direct care staff schedules.
Utilizes supervision.
Identifies and provides for the training needs of staff
Ensures accuracy and consistency with the Agency’s fiscal and billing procedures, e.g. rents.
Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor, as needed.
Qualifications:
MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or a related field
Mental health/human services experience
Valid New Jersey driver’s license
