Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety and functionality of residences.
  • Ensures safe and adequate living arrangements for consumers.
  • Reviews and approves weekly staff timesheets, prepare summary sheets and send to payroll.
  • Responsible for completion of all BA level staff evaluations.
  • Establishes, maintains and approves all changes in direct care staff schedules.
  • Utilizes supervision.
  • Identifies and provides for the training needs of staff
  • Ensures accuracy and consistency with the Agency’s fiscal and billing procedures, e.g. rents.
  • Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or a related field
  • Mental health/human services experience
  • Valid New Jersey driver’s license
