Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or group counseling to students, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.
- Offer supportive consultations to families, helping them navigate available mental health resources and community supports.
- Screen students for mental health concerns and provide brief interventions as needed.
- Make appropriate referrals to community resources and collaborate with families to ensure successful engagement with these services.
- Facilitate referrals to higher levels of care, such as substance use treatment, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), or In-Patient care, as needed.
- Collaborate with school staff to provide consultation and support around student mental health needs and services.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local school districts and community organizations to ensure comprehensive service delivery and promote program sustainability.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- LAC, LCSW, LPC, or LCMHC required.
- At least one year of clinical experience, preferably with psychiatric populations. Supervisory/administrative experience a plus.
- Experience with assessments and brief interventions for youth and families.
- Bilingual (Spanish/Polish/Korean) preferred.
- Available to work a combination of before, during and after school hours.
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license.
Shift
Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm
