Join our personal injury law firm as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager where you’ll play a key role in supporting clients through the claims process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, onboard, and manage new clients from intake to case demand
• Coordinate medical treatments, report claims, and maintain client communication
• Prepare case documents, transition cases to negotiators, and manage virtual assistants’ tasks
• Use FileVine for case management and assist with staff training

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience in personal injury claims
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Strong organizational and client management skills.
• Ability to work in Pikesville, MD in the office
