TITLE: PRODUCT AND PROJECT ENGINEERS

ABOUT THE JOB:

We are seeking experienced candidates in 2 areas: Product Engineers and Project Engineers.

The purpose of the PRODUCT ENGINEER is to design, develop and optimize solutions and manufacturing processes that enhance product quality, efficiency, and sustainability. You will collaborate with teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs while minimizing costs and maximizing productivity ensuring a seamless transition from concept to production.

The purpose of the PROJECT ENGINEER is to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions and manufacturing processes to deliver customer value while ensuring the highest standards. You will ensure efficient project execution, optimizing product designs, workflows and product performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions that meet customer needs.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in project or product engineering within an industrial setting.
• Expert understanding of general engineering principles and applications
• Strong working knowledge of CAD/PLM/CAE systems and desired experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and others.
• Familiarity with manufacturing industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
