Your new role

This is an exclusive opportunity for a Property Manager to support the overall operations of a multifamily rental lease-up portfolio across Hartford County, Connecticut region. The Property Manager will open and manage the first phase of new developments with 4 rental properties (246 units) coming online this year and 2 developments opening next year.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the Property Manager role, candidates will possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience in luxury residential property management
• Lease-up or opening experience required
• Well-versed in budgeting, projections, etc.
• Team leadership experience
• Yardi experience a plus

• $75K base salary
