SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is partnering with a renowned lifestyle hotel in New York City to find an experienced and savvy Head of Bars . This property and brand are renowned for their trendsetting approach to creating celebrated culinary concepts.

Position Summary

The Head of Bars will oversee the bar program of the hotel and it's restaurants. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels at managing service teams, ensuring high standards, and driving guest satisfaction while achieving financial objectives. Service must be personable and warm not robotic. We're looking for a leader who has the perfect blend of artistic, business-minded, and service oriented.

Reporting to: Director of Food & Beverage

Responsibilities:

• Design and build an industry leading cocktail program that is seasonal and reflects the hotel/company brand
• Lead, manage, develop and recruit your team
• Set exceptional service standards, leading by example
• Keep your team motivated, engaged, and excited
• Collaborate with external team members and other stakeholders
• Inventory Management
• Budget management and development
• Work with the Marketing team to execute amazing collaborations and experiences

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Head Bartender or Bar Manager for a high-end hotel
• Business Savvy: Build and manage a budget, buy strategically, create partnerships
• Service oriented
• Creative and out of the box thinker
• Equals part artist & business minded pro

Benefits:

• Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000
